Youth and Young Adult Career Navigator YPP (Greenfield/Northampton)

   

The Youth and Young Adult Career Navigator will work with young parents ages 17-24 in Franklin and Hampshire Counties. We partner with parenting youth to reach their education, training, family life and personal goals. We work from a trauma informed approach. Outreach, case management, collaboration with service providers, and accurate data entry are important parts of this position. This is a 37.5hr/wk with a pay range of $21.51-22.82 per hour.
