Workforce Development Specialist WIOA (Northampton)

37.5 hrs. /wk. Seeking dynamic, experienced, organized workforce development professional to provide recruitment, eligibility verification, case management, job/internship placement and job readiness training to youth. Candidate must be reliable, engaging, professional, and have strong collaboration skills to work with multiple service providers. Prior experience working with individuals with barriers to employment strongly preferred. CORI, safe driving record, reliable car required. Strong team, positive work environment, excellent training. Pay range $18.18-19.28 depending on qualifications.
