🍷 Volunteer Needs – Pours for Paws Fundraiser 🐾
📋 Event Overview
We’re looking for amazing volunteers to help make our Pours for Paws wine tasting and paddle raise event a success! This event supports Let's Save The Strays International and will take place at the Weston Community Center.
📅 Date: Saturday, September 13, 2025
📍 Location: Weston Community Center
🕓 Volunteer shifts: Between 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
🧑🤝🧑 Volunteer Rolls-
Registration/Check-in | 3 | Greet guests, check tickets, hand out paddle cards, answer questions
New Donor Sign-Up | 2 | Assist guests in signing up for monthly giving, help with tech if needed
Wine Pull Table | 2 | Manage wine display, handle ticket pulls, answer questions
Champagne Bubble Tent | 2 | Welcome monthly donors, manage chocolates/giveaways, maintain the space
Floaters/Runners | 2 | General help across stations, setup, guest needs, and last-minute tasks
