Full-time, 40 hours, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST   
Remote work, with preference for Massachusetts or Rhode Island 
Salary range $60,000 - $70,000 per year  
Start date: September 1, 2026 
 
Impact Frontiers is a peer learning and market-building collaboration focused on impact management. We facilitate peer-learning communities and create practical tools that support investors in managing impact and integrating impact with financial data, analysis, and processes. We use practitioner experiences to jump-start consensus-building in areas of practice where standards and guidance do not yet exist and synthesize and share the results of these collaborations with the field at large. 
 
We are looking for an experienced, hard-working and dedicated team assistant to be responsible for administrative and clerical duties, and to help with a wide range of tasks related to our projects (e.g., data entry, grants, contracts, and event planning). The team assistant will provide reliable support to our team members and handle basic office tasks to increase efficiency and quality, and lower costs. The team assistant will also support with event planning and delivery for an annual conference. 
 
A successful office assistant is committed to this work and has strong attention to detail. They should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
 
The role will report to the Executive Director and work closely with team members. Responsibilities will include some or all of the following, depending on organizational needs and the candidate’s experience, expertise, and interests: 
·         Performing office tasks, such as calendar management for the team members and website editing. 
·         Assisting with project management, e.g., by monitoring and tracking shared data from project partners. 
·         Event logistics and support: provide administrative and logistical support for convenings and events, including participant registration and enquiries, coordination with vendors and venues (catering, printing, materials), and support with event-related communications and follow-ups 
·         Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, and coworkers. 
·         Reviewing and updating office procedures to reduce errors and costs. 
·         Following and enforcing relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. 
·         Handling general bookkeeping and tax filing procedures, working with our internal accounting staff. The candidate will be expected to have basic accounting skills. 
·         Working with our operations associate provide back up on processing payroll and bill pay 
·         Specific duties will include invoicing, reimbursement, settlement, and reviewing the content of monthly financial statements. 
 
 
Qualifications: 
·         5-years of work experience either in business or in a non-profit, and has proven experience in administrative accounting, and clerical procedures and systems. Non-profit or financial sector experience is preferable. 
·         4-year College Degree. 
·         Highly organized and strong attention to detail. 
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
·         Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. 
·         Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in and comfortable working in a remote and rapidly changing work place. 
·         Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 
·         Ability to work independently and with collaborators from diverse backgrounds and with diverse skill sets. 
·         Interest in non-profit management and/or impact investing.
