Job Description

 Administrative & Data Reporting (50%) • Facilitate and present STASH financial education seminars, including Zoom and in-person sessions, and prepare/edit PowerPoint presentations. • Enter and maintain critical client data in database systems to track homebuying progress and support program evaluation. • Partner with the Program Director to capture data, develop storytelling narratives, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Generate, review, and distribute month-end savings reports and program performance metrics. • Support clients through the home purchase process by coordinating with real estate brokers and loan personnel, maintaining transaction records, and disbursing grant funds at closing. • Respond to participant inquiries via email and phone regarding savings accounts and program status. • Support the Program Coordinator in application and onboarding for new STASH participants. • Develop and distribute outreach and marketing materials; represent MAHA and STASH at statewide in-person and virtual events. • Maintain organized records of matched savings accounts and all related transactions. • Collaborate with housing agencies and community partners to deliver program activities, including online, hybrid, and in-person classes. • Champion awareness of grassroots community organizing and affordable housing issues.
