We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is excited to dive into a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment and join a small, but mighty, marketing team that amplifies all the great work of the Chamber and spotlights our amazing member organizations.
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating GBCC publications, email marketing, social media, event promotion, and public branding. S/he provides support for leadership, membership, programs, policy, and economic development efforts. S/he stays current on all issues related to GBCC's work and understands the full scope of GBCC's services in order to market our work to external audiences.

Responsibilities:
Working with the Director of Marketing, s/he will create and manage content, collateral, and assets to increase leads, registrations, and website traffic, engage stakeholders and sponsors, and raise brand awareness.
- Fully manage one of the team's Marketing Coordinators
- Project manage an array of the Chamber's flagship and on-going event programs
- Manage all media to drive marketing campaigns; design and execute targeted campaigns utilizing effective email marketing, A/B testing, social media/influence, and digital advertising channels
- Delegate roles to other members of the team as needed and ensure all project deadlines are met
- Recommend and develop marketing campaign for programs department; manage full budget- ensuring external MBE vendor percentage spend
- Ensure all sponsor expectations are met
- Oversee the Chamber's various social media platforms and give feedback on junior work
- Oversee team email communications for all audiences and give feedback on junior work
- Plan and manage email communications calendar
- Write, design, and edit email communications
- Work with the Marketing Manager to create email communication and social media campaigns in support of growing program participation and brand awareness
- Create stories, videos, and assets about program work
- Manage all paid social and pay-per-click campaign strategies for all audiences and give guidance and feedback on junior work
- Manage all print publications and collateral through conception, draft, editing, and production, consulting with program and staff as appropriate.
- Provide logistics coordination, marketing, and follow-up support for key online and offline events
- Understand and evaluate campaign success using analytics and adjust tactics as needed based on findings. Provide analysis and reporting following month, program work, and/or sponsorship series.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum four years of experience in marketing
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong graphic design/production skills
- Experience with email marketing services (MailChimp preferred)
- Experience with managing paid social and Google AdWords campaigns
- Advanced knowledge of design apps and programs (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, others)
- Experience working with or managing external vendors
- Experience with social media management and analytics (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
- Experience in CMS/webpage updates
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager; Sign up forms/Landing pages
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, and develop multi-channel marketing strategies
- College degree preferred
- Extensive experience using MS Office Suite
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize across potentially competing objectives and timelines
- Strong business ethics and values
