Self-Esteem Boston is looking for an experienced Self-Esteem Skills Facilitator to lead psychoeducational group sessions in women’s recovery programs across the Boston region. What You’ll Do:
- Lead engaging and transformative psychoeducational group sessions for adult women in recovery programs.
- Facilitate discussions based on our proven "Skills for Success" curriculum, designed to build self-esteem and foster personal growth.
- Travel to program sites across the Boston area (must have a car).
- Work with diverse communities and provide a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years of experience facilitating psychoeducational groups for adult women.
- Bachelor’s degree + 10+ years of facilitation experience or Master’s degree + 5+ years of experience.
- M.Ed., LADC, LMHC, LICSW credentials are a plus.
- Experience working with women in substance abuse treatment/recovery programs.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage, motivate, and inspire participants.
- A compassionate, reliable, and organized professional who understands the role of a facilitator in guiding personal transformation.
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate program needs.
