Seasonal Fuel Assistance Client Services Specialist

 

Community Action Pioneer Valley seeks a Client Services Specialist to provide general clerical support to the Fuel Assistance program. Primary duties include telephone and walk-in reception, scheduling for the Fuel Assistance Program appointments, conducting phone intake appointments as needed, and assisting clients to complete applications for Fuel Assistance Program. Client Services Specialists also help connect Fuel Assistance participants to other CAPV programs.

 

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and 4 years of customer services experience. Bilingual/bicultural (Spanish/English or Russian/English) preferred. This is a 37.5 hour a week position and is seasonal from September - June. Hourly rate is $17.75 - $18.83.
