Resilience Hub Health Coordinator (Northampton) 

 

Large Western MA social services agency seeking Health Coordinator for new downtown community center in Northampton. Join a small team working to reduce poverty and homelessness by coordinating multiple services and resources in one accessible location. This is a new position to support systems change in local healthcare access.

 

The ideal candidate has experience in social service or healthcare organizations, knowledge of local/regional healthcare providers, and experience collaborating across agencies to develop new programs. Role requires skills in project management, strategic planning, and community organizing.

 

This is a 37.5 hour a week position. Pay range is $24.88-$26.40 with excellent benefits, training, supervision and collaborative work environment.
