With the support of Midas and our partners, families across the state gain financial tools and resources that change lives. We provide capacity building, technical assistance, training, and advocacy to our member and partner organizations, collectively creating and expanding economic opportunities for communities across Massachusetts. 
 
Midas is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change, support innovative approaches to wealth building, and uplift economic equity. We are currently seeking a Part-time Program Associate to join our Matched Savings Program team! 
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
  • Support the fiscal administration of savings accounts which includes disbursements, data entry, filing, and other related tasks. 
  • Provide day to day client support for our Community Partner Organizations and enrolled participants 
  • Transaction/withdrawal process   
  • Assist with monthly reporting requirements and data management 
  • Support evaluation and reporting needs, program referrals and other program-related tasks 
 
Qualifications:  
A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in financial security/asset-building projects, supporting nonprofit/entrepreneurial initiatives, commitment and understanding of structural inequities that create wealth gaps, customer service experience, and strong written and verbal skills required. This role is ideal for a candidate that is problem-solver, obsessed with details, and possesses the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects that have multiple partners.  

Computer skills: Comfortable with Salesforce, MS Office, Adobe, Slack 
 
Experience with Outcome Tracker and proficient excel skills are a plus. 
 
Setting: 20 hours/week. 10am-2pm with some flexibility. Remote role in a hybrid organization. An energized and engaged organization. Midas is an equal opportunity employer.  
 
Reports to: Program Manager 
 
Compensation and Benefits: $20-$22 per hour, professional development stipend, PTO, sick days and 403b retirement plan.
