Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is seeking an outstanding, experienced Non-Profit President/CEO who is an effective leader with a passion for issues impacting children, young adults, and families. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an unsurpassed passion for serving children and families through mission driven activities.  The President/CEO will build trusting relationships among families, staff, professional partners and all constituencies.  

 

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network provides a wide variety of mental health counseling and family support services to more than 6,000 children, young adults and families in Central, Eastern, and Northeastern Massachusetts. It has ~500 employees and a $50,000,000 budget throughout 50 programs (including administrative Departments) 

 

Applicant must have at least 5 years’ experience leading a non-profit organization with demonstrated success. Have strong organizational ability while demonstrating collaborative and transparent problem solving and decision making skills. Salary compensatory with experience.
