Make a difference as a Operations Manager


As the Full Time Operations Manager at Camp Fire North Shore, you will play a pivotal role in providing direct supervision and leadership to our program directors across our preschool, afterschool, and summer camp initiatives. Your expertise will ensure that we not only meet compliance standards but also implement high-quality programming that positively impacts the youth we serve. You will assist in developing effective systems and best practices to enhance our operations, while also taking on the critical task of writing grants to secure funding.
