What to expect:
· Program Development & Coordination: Take the lead to help manage a Supplier Diversity Program and a Community of Practice for Affordable Housing, including developing tools, directories, and hosting convenings to foster collaboration.
· Community Engagement: Collaborate with Community Development Corporations (CDCs) to collect and organize vital data on supplier diversity and geographical catchment areas, ensuring effective outreach and program alignment.
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze survey data and compile key learnings into impactful stories that highlight program achievements and strategies for improvement.
 
This is an 11-month position where you will typically serve 37.5 hours a week, normally Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You will work a hybrid schedule and report in person at the MACDC office at least two days a week and will be required to travel locally for meetings and/or community events on special occasions.
