Job Description

We seek a Legal Administrative Assistant to become a key member of a dynamic, collaborative, and  highly regarded law practice working exclusively in the nonprofit sector.  Our clients range from community-based organizations to national and international institutions and NGOs. Responsibilities will include providing administrative and clerical support to our team and office administration including:  client communication, answering and directing calls and email, calendar management, preparing and processing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining and organizing paper and electronic files. Candidates must be proficient in office technology including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Familiarity with Cosmolex or similar system of legal timekeeping, billing, and document management a plus! Additional administrative duties may be assigned including the opportunity to assist in the management of the firm’s website, newsletter, and social media.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a law office preferred
