Who We Are: Dedicated and collaborative teams of educators committed to putting in place behavioral supports so that students are rewarded for what they are doing right rather than punished for what they are doing wrong. We value: The inherent potential and capacity of our students to learn, grow, and develop to the best of their ability. Creating a community of care is foundational to the work we do, together!
Social Justice and Equity work is central to our mission. We understand that all forms of oppression are damaging. We engage in this work pro-actively and purposefully, with the intent of positive outcomes, and because we need to.
