Grant Writing/Foundation Relations Consultant (Contract/Remote)
 

Phillips Academy is seeking to engage an experienced Grant Writing/Foundation Relations Consultant on a contract basis through June 2025 with the option to renew a contract. Activities include monthly meetings with development and programmatic leaders and the preparation of comprehensive grant submissions to private foundation funders for programmatic and operating support of the Academy’s educational outreach programs, (MS)2, Andover Bread Loaf, Institute for the Recruitment of Teachers, and PALS, as well as on-campus museums, the Addison Gallery of American Art and Peabody Institute of Archeology.
 
Key Deliverables include: 
-          Preparation of 20-25 grant applications and reports for current and lapsed institutional funders
-          Research and identify potential new corporate/private foundation funding sources, successfully submitting 5+ new proposals
-          Collaborating with Advancement Initiatives Team to ensure effective cultivation and stewardship of grant funders
