Fuel Assistance Lead Intake/Certifier/Appeals Specialist - Greenfield

The Fuel Assistance Lead Intake-Certifier-Appeals Specialist is responsible for the coordination of all certification of files for Fuel Assistance, the creation of procedures for certifications, and to serve as a resource to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency for the Certification Division of the Fuel Assistance program.  This position is also responsible for the shared oversight of the program’s client benefits.

The idea candidate will have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in related field, 3 years of related program experience, in human services or related field, Knowledge of Community Action Agencies and/or non-profit environment preferred. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education. Bilingual/bicultural (Spanish/English or Russian/English) preferred. 37.50 hr/wk. Salary range $21.19-$22.48/hr.
