Community Action Pioneer Valley seeks a dynamic and highly responsible candidate to lead its Community Services Department. Community Services is a large department representing programs that service clients most basic needs including food pantry programs, Fuel Assistance, WIC, financial and tax assistance and homelessness prevention and utility assistance. 

The ideal candidate will have 5 years leadership, budget management, and administrative experience in a non-profit program, and 5 years’ experience supervising a diverse staff team, including direct service, supervisors, managers, and staff with a range of prior experience. Grant writing experience required. Bilingual/bicultural (Spanish/English) preferred. This is a 37.5 hour a week position. Salary range $89,680.50 - $95,140.50.
