Development Manager

Kestrel Land Trust seeks a full-time Development Manager to join our staff of professionals working to conserve and care for forests, farms, and riverways in the Connecticut River Valley and nurture an enduring love of the land. Reporting to and working closely with the Development Director, the Development Manager will prepare and implement the annual fundraising plan with a focus on building Kestrel’s membership. Priorities include preparing mail appeals, expanding sustaining giving, coordinating online donations, processing and acknowledging gifts, and engaging the support of local businesses. We're seeking an energetic, well-organized, collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, who thrives on accomplishing goals and brings at least three years of demonstrated success fundraising for a non-profit organization.
