Intake Specialist for Greenfield office

Do you have excellent organizational and customer service skills? If you enjoy helping people and have an ability to engage in a compassionate, empathetic manner this job might be right for you. In this position you will be answering our Information & Referral phone line and responding to electronic referrals to conducting benefits screenings, scheduling appointments, and connecting people with resources. The Intake Specialist will also represent the Community Resources & Advocacy program at outreach events and community locations within our service area.
The ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or HS Equivalency and two years of customer service experience. Additional education may be substituted for related experience; excellent computer skills; demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team; and reliable access to transportation to travel throughout Hampshire and Franklin County. Knowledge of resources in the Franklin, Hampshire and North Quabbin regions preferred. Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) preferred. 37.50hr/wk. Salary range $21.51 - $22.82 plus $0.50 - $1 Bilingual differential. Screenings begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
