Community Resource Advocate-Bilingual

Seeking a bilingual Resource Advocate with excellent customer service skills to work with low-income households, including low-income Latinx households. Answer Info & Referral phone, screen callers, make appointments, and meet with people at various locations to provide in-person supportive services-SNAP, health insurance, financial help, budgets, advocacy and improve stability. Greenfield office with travel. 

 

Candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Human Services or related field; three years’ work experience working with low-income households. Excellent computer skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team; and reliable transportation to travel throughout Hampshire and Franklin County. Bilingual (English-Spanish) required. $18.62 - $19.76; 37.5 hours weekly. Excellent benefit package.
