Community Organizer

CSNDC seeks a self-motivated, experienced Community Organizer to conduct outreach, base building, training, education, and leadership development in Codman Square/Four Corners/South Dorchester. The organizer will be responsible for facilitating community engagement and involvement in city, state, and federal advocacy campaigns and participation in coalitions working on issues related to racial equity, transit and housing access, reducing health disparities, and land use among other community and CSNDC-identified issues. The Community Organizer will build a wide base of active & informed residents, develop, and conduct workshops, meetings, trainings, and strategy sessions that engage community members as critical thinkers and change agents working in solidarity toward common goals. 

Salary: $50-$60K
