Job Description
CMCB is eager to welcome a full-time Community Music School (CMS) Coordinator to the Community Music School Programs team in August 2024. The Coordinator will maintain and support the internal systems related to onsite programming by gathering enrollment data, communicating with faculty, and executing special events, to name a few key responsibilities, and work in tandem with the second coordinator. This role is a great entry point for candidates with interest in the arts and education who have attention to detail, good communication skills, strong critical thinking, and a willingness to learn. Like all roles at CMCB, there is significant investment in professional development training, mentorship from senior staff, and opportunity for future promotion within the organization.
This is a hybrid, salaried and exempt position with a base compensation of $47-51k annually. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, FSA/DCA, employer contributory 403(b), employee assistance program, and more.
