Bilingual Registrars - Two Positions Open! (Mandarin/Cantonese, Spanish/French/Haitian Creole)

CMCB, an arts education nonprofit with a mission to transform lives by providing equitable access to excellent music education and arts experiences, is searching for new Registrars to join our Community Music School Programs Team beginning August 2024!
Two positions are open: one registrar must be bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese, for the other registrar position bilingual candidates in Spanish, French, and/or Haitian Creole are highly preferred given family and student needs.
These are full-time salaried (40 hours/week) and exempt roles that will work in-person, Tuesday - Saturday or Monday - Thursday & Saturday, with shift schedules that includes some regular weekday evenings.
The salary range is $50-52k annually. These roles are a great early-career position for candidates with interest in the arts and education sectors who have strong written and oral communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. The Registrar will manage the registration process, collaborate with faculty and staff on programming needs, and be the first point of contact for many of our families. While previous interest in the arts/non-profit sector is a plus, any candidate with attention to detail, strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn could thrive in this role.
