**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successfully completion of first 90 days)**
Position: Community Living Support Professional 1 – Part Time or Per Diem
Location: Florence, MA
Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: up to 25 hours per week
Schedule: Days, evenings and overnight shifts
Summary:
- The Community Living Support Professional 1 assists individuals with disabilities in daily living skills to help enable them to achieve greater independence. This position requires the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships that assist consumers in achieving self-fulfillment through their life goals and desires. The Community Support Professional 1 implements the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives. Candidates with human services, residential care, direct care, day program, and caretaker experience encouraged to apply!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or HiSET preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to lift and or transfer members with assistance as needed.
- Ability to use computer systems and programs including the Electronic Health Record.
- Ability to be flexible about job schedules as they pertain to program participants needs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated competencies specific to job position.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in core trainings such as First Aid, CPR, Health & Safety, and Human Rights.
- Must participate in mandatory trainings.
- Must be able to lift and transfer consumers with assistance as this is a direct care role.
