Co-Executive Director

Island Grown Initiative seeks a Co-Executive Director of Finance and Administration. IGI is led collaboratively by two Co-Executive Directors: one of Programs and one of Finance and Administration. The Co-ED of Finance and Administration will oversee a team of 4 across: Finance, HR, Legal and Risk, Operations, Project Management. The Co-EDs should be comfortable working as partners and with other members of our staff, Board, community partners. The ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with a wide range of stakeholders is very important. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic and relationship-oriented leader with expertise in operations and finance, a proven track record of leadership, and a commitment to public service.
