As a member of the senior management team, reporting to the President and CEO, the Chief Operations Officer (COO) provides leadership and has overall responsibility for daily administration and operations of all clinical sites of the health center including the Substance Use/Harm Reduction site, the School Based Health Centers and the Shelter/Homeless program. The COO oversees the operational activities of all clinical sites as well as Facilities and Maintenance and Security and participates in all senior policy planning and organizational initiatives.

 

The COO plans, develops and implements systems that are consistent across all sites ensuring: efficiency, financial accountability and accuracy, patient and provider satisfaction, and optimum patient flow.
