Package: Base salary of US$150,000 - $170,000 plus benefits.

Consensus Building Institute (CBI) is a nonprofit organization with 30 years of experience in facilitating collaboration and resolving disputes on some of the country’s and the world’s most challenging environmental, economic, and social issues. Through a range of collaborative process interventions such as facilitation, mediation, citizen engagement and organizational development, CBI is able to assist organizations to collaborate internally and externally, make better decisions, reach wise and sustainable agreements, and build strong partnerships.
CBI is seeking a new Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CF&OO). As the key management partner for CBI’s Managing Director, this role will have oversight of the financial, legal, HR and operational aspects of the organization, reporting to the Managing Director (MD), and providing support for organizational development and strategic planning.
The successful candidate will be a leader with experience in finance and operations, who has a passion for developing and helping organizations grow and who shares CBI’s mission and values.
