Job Description

Nurtury Early Education is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Enrollment Coordinator for our Family Child Care program in Boston to keep our enrollment, billing, and family support operations running seamlessly. If you’re organized and love helping families, this role is for you. 

What You’ll Do: 
  • Recruit and enroll new families
  • Keep children’s records accurate and up to date
  • Handle billing data for vouchers, contracts, fees, and third-party payers
  • Update the full-fee waitlist and communicate vacancies
  • Maintain master attendance and prepare required reports 

Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English (required)
  • Are organized, detail driven, and great with people
  • Are skilled in MS Office and other online systems
  • Are experienced (1–3 years) in administration or customer support, ideally in a nonprofit

This position will be based out of Nurtury's Boston Family Child Care Office in Roxbury, MA.
