Nurtury Early Education is seeking a Bilingual Regional Director to manage the daily operations of our Boston Family Child Care office to include delivering high-quality child care services through effective staff supervision, professional development, budgeting, and fiscal oversight, while ensuring Family Child Care (FCC) Educators meet contractual obligations and adhere to Nurtury’s FCC System policies and procedures.

What You’ll Do:
  • Interview, hire, train and evaluate FCC program support staff.
  • Develop, communicate, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, regulations, and licensing standards.
  • Coordinate and provide relevant training, professional development opportunities, and educational resources for FCC Educators.
  • Serve as a liaison between families, staff, and FCC Educators.
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities including state billing, FCC Educator payroll, compliance monitoring, child care financial assistance support, and program budget management.
  • Represent Nurtury with community agencies, partners, funders

Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Spanish / English bilingual literacy (required).
  • Strong knowledge of EEC licensing and Child Care Financial Assistance regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related human services field preferred.
  • Have experience interacting in a culturally responsive and appropriate manner with a wide range of individuals and across all levels of an organization while respecting confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, supervisory, financial, and administrative skills.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and willing to travel locally.

  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus
