Associate Director of Community Engagement
Community Action Pioneer Valley has an exciting new leadership opportunity. The Associate Director of Community Engagement is responsible for providing the strategic direction and leadership of the agency fundraising and marketing plan in alignment with the mission and strategic plan and developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs. This role serves as the lead relationship manager for private foundations, working closely with the Executive Director, providing clear goals, guidance and insight as needed. Supervises the Director of RSVP, Communications Manager and Community Collaborator Coordinator. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure we achieve our objectives.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors’ degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred and 5 years’ experience in leadership, supervision, program development, and fiscal management. Experience with short- and long-term planning and use of assessment, monitoring and reporting systems. Come join a collaborative, forward thinking team where you can make a difference. This is a full time (37.5 hours/week) position, salary range of $110,000 - $120,000.
