Combining relationship development with strategic fundraising, this role is designed for the individual that looks to unlock new funding to help grow the VVF mission.  Create a fulfilling career telling stories of victory that are supported by organizations that want to partner with a foundation that is making a daily impact on the lives of those living with mobility disabilities.

Our challenge isn't finding people who need help, it's making sure we have enough partners to meet that need. As demand for our services continues to grow nationwide, corporate partners play a critical role in expanding access to life-changing support for individuals and families facing some of life's most difficult moments. This role offers the opportunity to grow within nonprofit development while helping expand the reach and impact of our programs.

What You Will Do:

●      Responsible for working alongside the entire team to develop new revenue streams through multi-year corporate partnerships.
 
●      Build multi-year sponsorship partnerships.
 
●      Create cause marketing campaigns that align with corporate partner giving strategies.
 
●      Engage with potential, new, and existing donors to express gratitude and ensure long-term relationships.
 
●       Attend foundation meetings and events as requested by the Executive Director/CEO. 
 
●      Serve as the face of foundation at networking and industry events when requested. 
 
●      Build brand awareness for the mission of the foundation across the country.
 
●      Master the donor search software to create new donor and partnership relationships.
 
●      Focus on DAF and planned giving strategies.
 
●      Master the constituent/donor software to identify donor connections, opportunities.
 
●      Serve as a member of the team that will help to execute the annual development plan (including annual giving, major gifts, and fundraising appeals)
 
●      Travel as needed to build relationships and as determined by the foundation Executive Director/CEO.
 
 
Qualifications:

●      5-8 years of sales development or fundraising experience with a proven track record of revenue growth, exceeding goals and impact.
●      Bachelor’s degree preferred.
●      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
●      Organized to oversee several projects at once.
●      Excellent computer literacy.
●      Professional telephone and email etiquette.
●      Healthcare or cause related experience a plus
 
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:  

●      This full-time position is in Stratham, NH.
●      Maintain a regular office presence to provide in-the-moment and visible support to team members.
●      Training will be provided for internal programs used.
●      Out of state remote to be considered.
