Job Description
The Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation is growing its team and is creating a new position of Administrative Coordinator.
This position will be 24-32 hours/week and $24/hour to start.

Our Administrative Coordinator job will be a nexus position, fulfilling a broad range of responsibilities across departments in support of the Museum’s Executive Director and staff.
We seek a candidate for this position who is highly organized, skilled in helping others get and stay organized, and who thrives working both independently and as part of a team.
They should have effective verbal and written communication skills, and strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
They should be comfortable, confident, and enthusiastic working with the public. And, lastly, this person should be graceful and productive under pressure, and contribute positive energy to the dynamic Museum workplace.
Our Administrative Coordinator can expect to have active roles in:
· Human Resources
· Development and Fundraising
· Grants Administration
· Donor and Member Relations
· Collections Management
· Marketing and Communications, and
· Public Events and other Special Projects
